A. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY? 我的訂單什麼時候準備好？

When you place your order, you will be able to let us know the date and time that you want it ready. 下單時，您可以告知我們您希望取貨的日期和時間。

 

  • Your order for PICKUP or DELIVERY must be placed the latest until 8pm of the previous day (our baking team works overnight to bring you freshly baked bread & cakes in the morning so we cannot make orders for the same day). 若您選擇「自取」或「外送」，請務必於前一天晚上8點前完成訂購（我們的麵包工匠會在當天凌晨工作，以便在早晨為您提供現烤麵包與蛋糕，因此我們無法受理當日訂單）。
  • Orders for Mandatory Holidays or Festive days (Christmas, Lunar New Year), must be made 2 days in advance due to the high volume of work in our bakery that requires advanced planning.由於我們在法定假日或節慶日（聖誕節、農曆新年）期間工作量龐大，需提前規劃，因此相關訂單必須於兩天前預訂。 
  • Please note that we don't have delivery service on Tuesday, Mandatory Holidays, December 23rd & 24th and that we are closed on January 1st and December 25th of each year. 請注意，我們於每週二、法定假日、12月23日及24日不提供配送服務，且每年1月1日及12月25日 為本店的假期。

B. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER? 最低訂購金額是多少？ 

  • For PICKUP there is no minimum order. 若選擇「自取」，則無最低訂購金額限制。
  • For DELIVERY the minimum order is MOP200. 若選擇「配送」，最低訂購金額為 200 澳門元。

C. DO YOU DELIVER? 你們提供配送服務嗎？

Yes, we deliver online orders daily except Tuesday, between 6am and 12:00pm. We offer free delivery for orders equal or above MOP200 and we charge a delivery fee of MOP40 for orders below the minimum amount. However, please note that orders for delivery must be paid online with MPay or BNU bank transfer.  是的，我們每天（週二除外）上午6點至中午12點為線上訂單提供配送服務。訂單金額達200澳門元或以上可享免費配送，未達最低消費金額者則需支付40澳門元配送費。請注意，配送訂單必須透過MPay或大西洋銀行轉帳進行線上付款。

D. IF I PLACE AN ORDER DIRECTLY AT YOUR PHYSICAL STORES, DO YOU DELIVER? 如果我直接在實體店面下單，你們會提供配送服務嗎？

No, we do not deliver orders made at the stores. We only deliver online orders. 不，我們不提供店內訂單的配送服務。我們僅提供線上訂單的配送服務。

E. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER @ NATA BAKERY & CUPPACOFFEE ONLINE STORE?  如何在NATA BAKERY 及CUPPACOFFEE的網店訂購？

  1. Go to “www.natabakery.com’ and click the SHOP ONLINE.
     前往「www.natabakery.com」，並點擊「線上訂購」。 
  2. Select the products and quantities you wish to buy.  請選擇您想訂購的商品及數量。
  3. Click CART when you are finished, review your order and fill in the date, time and special message information.  選購完畢後，請點擊「購物車」，檢視訂單並填寫日期、時間及備註訊息。
      • For SELF-PICKUP – write day.month.year;hours:minutes. 若選擇「自取」——請填寫 時間（日／月／年，時：分)。
      • For DELIVERY (FROM 9am- 12(noon) - except Tuesday ) – write day.month.year; FROM hours: minutes TO hours: minutes (allow 1 hour minimum interval).若需配送（上午 9 點至中午 12 點，週二除外）——請寫下「日/月/年」；並註明「從 時:分 至 時:分」（時間間隔至少 1 小時）。
      • For CAKES (write message to place on cake, max. 30 characters). 訂購蛋糕（蛋糕寫字最多30個字母）。

     4.  Click CHECKOUT.  點擊「結帳」

     5.  Select SHIPPING:   選擇運送方式：

      • ‘Self-Pickup’: free of charge  「自取」：免運費  
      • ‘Delivery’: free of charge for orders above MOP200 or MOP40 delivery fee for orders below this value. 「配送」：訂單金額滿 200 澳門元免運費；未滿此金額則收取 40 澳門元運費。

    6.  Select BILLING & PAYMENT: 選擇「帳單與付款」： 

      • ‘Bank Transfer’ 銀行轉帳
      • ‘Mpay ’  澳門錢包
  • Fill in your BILLING ADDRESS (for postal code write ‘00000’ / a valid mobile phone number must be entered or orders will not be accepted).請填寫您的「帳單地址」（郵遞區號請填寫「00000」／必須輸入有效的手機號碼，否則訂單將不予受理）。
  • Click PLACE MY ORDER. 點擊「下單」。
  • You will see a confirmation message that your order has been received and will also receive an automatic confirmation email. We may contact you by sms/ phone call for further confirmation or details. 您將看到一則確認訊息，告知您的訂單已收到，並會收到一封自動發送的確認電子郵件。我們可能會透過簡訊或電話與您聯繫，以進行進一步確認或了解詳細資訊。

        G. IS THERE A NUMBER I CAN CALL? DO YOU ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS? 請問有專線電話可以聯絡嗎？接受電話訂購嗎？

        We do not accept any phone orders in any of our stores due to the possibility of miscommunication, which would result in errors. We do not have a number you can call for information, however we are always available through our email: nata@nataworld.com. 由於可能發生溝通失誤而導致錯誤，我們所有門市均不接受任何電話訂單。我們沒有專門的諮詢電話，但您隨時可透過電子郵件與我們聯繫：nata@nataworld.com
